How to solve noise for laptop AC adapter&Notebook AC Adapter

My new Dell Studio 15's laptop AC adapter is making some buzzing and beeping noise. The sound varies if I use the laptop with or without the laptop battery. Anyone experiencing this? I don't feel comfortable with this noise from inside of the laptop ac adapter. Also it's kinda hot, I don't know if this is normal as I never had a laptop before – this is my first lappy. Also, is it OK to run the laptop without the battery? I won't move around with the laptop it will stay on the desk with power cable plugged in 24/7.

My friend jason tell me that It is normal to have some buzzing sound. as his notebook's AC adapter has it too, along with many other people. Just keep it on a cool surface and have some cover between you and it. I very doubt it would fail/explode but just in case.Generally that's what you should do, but have the battery charged at around 40% before disconnecting it. that's the most optimized % to store the battery (or was it 60%? i cant remember >.< ). also, store it in a cool place; or the fridge if you're not planning on using it for a LONG time.If you have the battery and AC connected to the laptop, it will trinkle the life of the battery, slowly to it's demise. Which actually dies a lot faster.

Below is some method for you keeping you laptop ac adapter to be used much more better according to Dell:

Charge batteries before storing. The recommended charging time should not exceed 1 hour. Typically, this should charge the battery to between 80% and 100%. (Some discharge will take place over time. Stored batteries are expected to discharge 10-15% over a four month period, for your information.)It is normal to have some buzzing sound.
